    how much does it cost or how many credits to add a specific year.

    I can currently tune 98,2000,and 2002 camaro and firebird.How much to add the 2001 liscence??

    6 credits assuming you have an MPVI style interface.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
