LS3 No Start

I am having an issues starting a LS3 swapped into a 95 BMW.

Harness is from PSI. I reprogrammed the PCM.
Fuel pump is running both when priming and also when cranking. But no fire at all. Not even a sputter.
When I scan while cranking I do see around 125rpm so that tells me the crank sensor is working.

I have not checked for spark yet or used a noid to see if the injectors are get a pulse.
But when I pull a plug I am not smelling fuel at all.

Fuel pump is running and I have fuel up to the rail. I have not checked pressure yet tho. I need to get a tester.

In HP Tuners I set VATS 1 and 2 to disable and did a write entire.

It seems like the injectors are not turning on.

When I scan DCTs I get
P0315 - Crankshaft Position System Variation Not Learned

What can I check next?

Also the check engine light is flashing...not solid.

I haven't scanned for that yet.... Should I just add "Cam Sensor Counts" ? Or something else?

scanned the cam sensor and the counts are increasing when cranking.

Well it's running. It was the start diag not being disabled.

you should have seen those codes if you scanned when cranking, glad its all working now!
