It is a different platform, so it might not be done through the PCM (although I'd guess it would be)...

Under the Fuel tab, upper portion of your main screen.

i think i have seen you car one or 2 times

i also take it this is not a option for the V6's? i'm tired of running out of gas at 1/4 tank lol

Yep...I just kinda float around here from time to time. Won't be here much longer though

I don't think it is available to V6 cars unfortunately...maybe Ken or Keith could verify this?

I guess I'm bringing back the dead! Could this be permanently added? I have an 04 MC SS and I was looking for this today and could not find it. I have version 2.1.18.0. Just wondering if this was just a test or not.

    Regards,

Resurrecting another thread... I should have set my username to necromancer

Is there a "calibrating fuel level tables for dummies" video or article anywhere? I got reasonably close but I'm not sure it's perfect. P59 ECU, 03 Savana 3500 donor, 12593058 OS, single fuel tank. There are no less than *five* tables in my calibration:
    - primary volume
    - primary volume gauge
    - secondary volume
    - secondary volume gauge
    - gauge output

Plus the 4 (primary/secondary capacity, primary/secondary capacity gauge) tank size data fields and the ADC min/max values.

Secondary are all zeroes, I'm assuming this is because it's a single tank vehicle, so no problems there.
What's the difference between capacity and capacity gauge? Is capacity used for determining DTE and other stuff, while capacity gauge is used to compute the data for the gauge? Do I actually care about the difference here or should I just set them all the same?

I'm assuming the ADC min/max are used for stuff like setting P0463 so I left that alone, the values matched well with what I was seeing swinging my sender min/max while monitoring PID 221155 anyways.

Is there a list anywhere of what ECUs will actually use the gauge output calibration table? If I'm understanding correctly, that table is used to adjust for gauge nonlinearity vs the linearized fuel level percentage based off the other 2-4 tables, but I don't know if my ECU even has the hardware to drive the PWM output (looks like it would be pin C2/green #38?) installed on the board.
