LS1 to LS6 Swap tune melding help needed
Hey all I have a 1989 Camaro IROC-Z/28 305/T5 car that I swapped a 2002 Camaro Z/28 LS1/T56 into, to keep things simple forget the '89 IROC and just think stock '02 LS1 cause the only things I changed in the tune were the tach resolution and the rear gear ratio. Everything was great then one day while accelerating up an onramp it sounded like something broke, the motor probably had over 200,000 miles so I figured it I'd just replace it with a different lower mile pull out, and of course I wanted more (and sometimes have more money than sense I should have just gotten another LS1) so I got a 85,000 mile 2005 CTS-V LS6 off ebay, with the plan to strip it to the long block and use most everything from the LS1 and copying whatever I need from an LS6 tune off the repository into my current LS1 tune. So really I just need someone to hold my hand and guide me in which info to copy over please.
