Hey guys im trying to connect to a 2003 ram 2500 with the 5.7l hemi. it says unable to connect. they key is in the run position and the interface is plugged in. Any help would be great thanks.

Since it is not support it may not be in software yet.

Additionally 03 was a weird year for dodge so I'm not even sure they used a pcm we PLAN to support ie NGC3 we do plan on supporting but I'm not sure if 03's used those pcm's.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
