    Support email delays 9/9/13-9/10/13

    Our email system is down today, we hope to be able to get it up and running today but won't know much more until sometime after 5:30pm EST, sorry for the delay, I can receive all emails but unfortunately have no way to send responses at this time nor can I access any customer accounts.

    With that said if you have any questions feel free to ask them here and I'll help as best I can under the circumbstances.

    VPN is basically a security measure, when it fails I can't send emails. I can still receive them, get onto our website, etc. but cannot lookup customer info, etc. bad timing, yes but unfortunately not much I can do about hardware issues.

    i had and incurect vin/os system error reported and got email last week that there was a new build up for 2.24 how do i get that?

    Unfortunately appears my vpn router took a dump, new one on the way, should be here sometime tomorrow.

    I had a similar problem, Ive been trying to retrieve a password as well as get an updated serial for new credits I purchased. I thought It was something wrong on my end I only now found this thread so I Apologize if I was a nuisance. I did call and leave my info to retrieve this but will post hear as may get to me quicker.

    I tried the email support several times didnt seem to get a response. Thats why I tried calling on Friday to see if I could get the info I need. I will try the email support again. Im still new to the whole procedure.

    Sounds like you have some email issues in that case as I was caught up with my emails by friday and had nothing outstanding going into the weekend.
