    What Im trying to tell you is that there is NO backlog. In fact, from the looks of it, you were able to login on 9/12/13

    And then I resent that same email at 1:18pm EST after you called the office, so as far as I can tell you've got email issues you need to get sorted.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    thank you so much! I was unaware of the conflict using Hotmail, I didn't receive either of those emails to my inbox. I will change to a different email addressee I truly appreciate your assistance in the matter!

    Bill, I created a new email account using "GMAIL" hopefully it receives the tech emails better then the "Hotmail account, I still need to have a password reset to the new email addressee and change the addressee on file.
