Ok, I've done a search but its seems my question is different than other. I had my pcm licensed and tuned for my 01 WS6. I purchased a nicer 01 WS6 roller and swapped my drivetrain and pcm into that body. I'm trying to change the vin so that is matches the body and so that I can pass NJ inspection. However HPT won't let me change the vin on the pcm that I already have a license for.
single vcm licenses do not qualify for vin changes, you need to have the year/model license to change vin's.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

So I have to buy 4 more credits in order to change the vin, so my licensed pcm can match the body vin?
I just changed mine on my 03 Silverado go to calibration details change the vin that comes up & then go to flash & click wreite entire Vin/vats that worked on mine
