Angry Standalone logging - how long can i record?

in the help it says I can record 80 minutes, that's a load of crap. I went out logging today and I only got about 12 minutes into recording before the err light came on. when I came home and hooked up to the laptop the MPVI said it was full. I saved the log onto the laptop and it was about 1.5 meg in size. so where's the extra 68 minutes of recording?

    thanks,
    Thomas...

Up to 80 minutes dependant on vehicle/pcm type. I can log that long fine logging at 5fps on my grand prix as can thousands of our customers on all gen 3 v8 vehicles, most v6 vehicles, etc, however on gen 4 pcm's they spit out gobs of information so tons of frames per second which eat up memory. One thing you can try is setting the data scan rate to slow, this should get you some additional time, how much though I'm not sure.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
