    2014 Silverado can't seem to connect to ecu

    On the third step, Requesting access, it comes back failed. Anyone know why it is doing this?

    Likely because you are using an old version of software that didn't support them. Redownload & reinstall software version 2.24
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    On your home page go to customers center and click download vcm suite 2.24
