Column headings displaying incorrectly?

Another GUI issue I've seen is when attempting to view the entire options within a particular screen, it is impossible to expand the window to see all the options. In the attached, notice the scroll bars to scroll down each of the columns, but you can't actually expand the given window size to just see all of the available parameters. Having developed in .NET, this is probably just a limit on the form (if this is what its written in).

Your explanation helped a bit, but kind of leads to more questions. The F1 does go to the help for this general page and after hunting around, I did find what I was looking for. But I then read further and now looking for the "PE Enable TPS Cold" button for those tables. I would have expected them to be in the same location.

Not every table is available in every pcm or every operating system. If its not there it means its not in the operating system in question.
