Thread: Incorrect / Missing Parameters? Let us know

  1. #261
I just came from newer Mustang, 2008, same, no mixture change, OL or CL, there is fixed wideband installed. I tested only idle this time.

    edit, additional test.
20 percent rich at idle, 0 part throttle and 10 lean wot, no matter what LWFM set, even zeroed, maxed. Car drives normal.
    As on another tested before...

So again, if someone will have 3v in his hands, please do same thing for test and let here know how it looks.

Another mustang, completly stock except jlt cai. I've put original Ford racing tune for test and only cange was I've put maf transfer for jlt 110.
See compare, nothing has changed after both LWFM were set to max so 1.99.

I see a 25% difference between the two logs, so there is a change taking place. The O2 voltages reflect changes as well. I haven't looked over everything that you have posted, but I still feel like the issue lies more in how the scanner is showing you the data than an actual template issue.

I would suggest starting another thread to keep this one from getting bogged down with logs and things. You have gotten it on record and Eric is aware of it. Honestly, it doesn't sound like its going to get resolved real soon.

Just my opinion. If I could test it for you I would, but I would try reducing the number of logged items to just the basic items needed to log load, TPS, and Fuel Trims to see if a clearer picture appears.

In real theres no difference between those 2, difference is only time of log, so this may cause what you see. With 1.99 lwfm he should be rich like hell.
I think i documented this enough, so maybe Eric will find out.
    Thanks

How are you setting the MAF failed to obtain SD mode? And, curious, why are you tuning it like this? Why not input the Loads you see when the MAF is enabled into each cell of the LWFM table? You can easily set the TP to only open so far, go out and make a run in say 3rd or 4th gear, then input all the loads you're logging for each TP position vs RPM. If your MAF is dialed in correctly, that'll get you pretty damn close.

    I agree.

I did go through the logic and all that is used is the LWFM table, and there are two adders which are zero'd out for this application. One was an adder for EGR and I don't recall the other.

Yes, is there a specific example you have for what is missing that you would like to see? I like to keep a list.

It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I am aware of this, as that parameter does not exist on the trucks. It is replaced with another one, and I have to code it. I may get it done today.
