    Key Fob programing?

Hey im wondering if its possible to program my car to a new Key fob. I would do it the old fashioned way but i removed my stock radio which is required for the monte carlo. I know the factory can program it for me, so im hoping its something i can do through HP tuners, Does anyone know if it can be done, or how? oh yeah its a 2004 monte carlo ls

    No a TechII is needed.
It uses the Body line and not anything to do with the PCM.

    Gotta love GM
There is a very good chance you will need a techII as well to set up Radio.
