    Bluecat Transmission Table Software

    Last Updated: 7/6/18: Version 1.37

I know I promised this to you guys years ago when I quit updating my transmission spread sheets, just hard to find time to make something public releasable. Better late than never I guess. The complexity of making the 6 speed stuff function correctly was beyond what I could do in a spread sheet. To much applying a logic rule, apply another, recheck the previous... So here it is. Was going to make a wizard type utility that just asked questions and filled the data out for you, but gave up on that. If your familiar with my spread sheets, it works the same way. You input the same data. Shift curves are broke into presets that match the Manual and ETC curves for common calibrations. Speedo data and formats for common cal tables are on the export window. Pretty much let the mouse over tooltips guide you if you don't understand. Other than that your on your own. I'll chime in later and add some better description of a few features and the reason behind them. But I again just wanted to make a tool from my toolbox available to everyone.

I only have one criticism. Display the tables in the same format that HPT does.

In what way? They are in the same format when you go to the export form, so you can easily copy and paste into the various formats of the different pcm/tcms. I hate that in all the editors there are separate tables for 5th and 6th. I know that is because of the way that it is in the calibration, but I like to look at it as a whole. Also hard to manage when building the tables if all the gears are not together. Solution was work with them together, send them out piecemeal.

Admittedly I haven't downloaded the software. I was just going off of the screen shot. Sounds like it does what I was hoping

When will the winning lottery number generator be done?

Is it just me or after changing some data in the shift MPH table then moving the mouse over either the Ratio or engine RPM at the top.

    My shift tables reset.

Also would be nice to be able to import charts instead of typing them in.

    What I did:
Clicked the link, downloaded the file
Highlight all files and export to desktop
Double Clicked the BC Trans Icon on desktop and got the message you did
Closed it and clicked on desktop icon again and it opened fine

Yeah, Its not made to make changes to the generated numbers manually. That is the whole point, so that you don't make a change that will have unforseen logic effects. Make it generate the numbers you want in context by the settings and shift slope shape. If your going to do it yourself it defeats the purpose.

And the export form is there to make coping the data to your tune easier.

This program has the same .net requirements as my EQ_VE programs does. You'll have to have the correct version of .net installed.

Thats the update I'm waiting on
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Thanks MMGT1. I checked and I have version 4.0. I must have something else going on with my computer. I'll try to track that down and try again.
