    1999 Suburban 454 (L29) 4L80E stock file - HPT or .bin

Does anyone have a copy of this stock 4x4 file? I'm helping a fellow with the tune to convert this SUV to a 411 ecu, and he's already pulled his pcm and re-pinned for the 411.

Thanks in advance, and yes, I checked the Tune Repository.

I found one, and for the benefit of the next guy, I uploaded it to the Tune Repository.

Still don't know a whole lot about tuning, or what can & can not be done with VCM Suite....... But wanting clarification on this conversion.

In order to tune a PCM for the '99 suburban L29/4L80E, is it necessary that I convert to the 411 PCM?

My plan is to put an L29/4L80E into a '72 Camaro. I already have the combo, but no PCM or wiring harness. I was going to start looking for them & came across this thread.

If this is the case, then I'll just be wasting my time/money with the PCM from a '99 Suburban & should just buy a 411 & a Suburban wiring harness, right?

You can tune the stock pcm. The advantage to using the 411 pcm is a larger set of tables that can be tuned, and in our case, the owner put a rear-mounted turbo on a 454.
