your PE delay ECT MAX is at 250 F? the engine should operate <250F so by reading the description that is one of the culprits. reduce it to 20 F... i would assume.
also increase the ramp in rate to 2
Pretty sure it can also be caused by the TM tables that have been changed as well. Since these pcm's are all tq based when you start changing tq based tables it can screw up other things ie fueling.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

so since many of the TM have been maxed out it will not enter PE? these pcm's already sound like a PITA
Its done... I just need to get rid of the fuel cut between shifts.. any idea how to do this?

Peak Torque in the Engine - TM Tab will prevent you from going into PE if you just max it out. You have to start being strategic/smart with the TM tables. Raise them so they don't limit the car but not so much that they limit you.
At what percentage of torque does your power enrichment enables???
