2014 sierra remove fuel cut between shifts

I have nailed the PE, and timing reduction but I cant get it to keep sending fuel during shifts... customers love trucks that chirp the tires between shifts.

could you help me with this

inj% goes to 0 during shifts, i am mising log.

is there something like NO LIFT SHIFT, how does this work?
