PATS disable process needed-PLEASE HELP 05 Mustang GT

Hi all- I have a 1951 Ford F1 pickup with the 05 Mustang GT 3V engine and Manual Trans. I had the stock harness modified all installed and working. I have a no start and we believe it is due to PATS.

I am working with a tuning shop and he uses HP Tuner. He was able to download the Program and he attempted several times to disable PATs but still no start.

No fuel pressure- Fuel pump not kicking on at key on
No spark- Noid test Lights are dark

I manually powered the fuel pump and got fuel pressure at the rail- Still no start (no spark)

My Tuner isnt giving up but we need some help. Can anyone shed some light on the PATS disabling process? It seems that there are several combinations of on/off for PATs in several areas and he is trying them but would like to speed this up a bit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am in Orange County, Ca

First to see if I can help, my English is not very good. Scan the computer to see if you have code related to the PATS, it's the code P1260, if not check have current coils. I think the current pump and injectors is the same, must be current for 2 seconds. I hope to serve you.
