TCC Not locking up and hitting rev limiter Help Needed

Guys this is my first post and I have dug around to see if I could find an answer but still no luck. I've tried setting all the shift settings back to a factory tune, I've tried blue cat, I've tried shift points from an 05 Denali... still can't get it to lock up. I can command it to lockup and it does, but not on its own. Can yall take a look and see what looks off please? Should also note that I lowered the rev limiter in the attached file.

So problem 1 is no TCC lockup
Problem 2 is hitting the rev limiter on dowshift, however I rarely push it that hard anyway.

This is in an 84 Chevy k20 6.0 with a mild cam, 4L80E and NP205 TC.

have you tried raising min temp to max temp in the misfire tab under engine diag. misfires will hold off TCC , cam swaps can sometimes trigger this.

in bluecat you can setup maximum downshift speed by rpm. only works if all the correct data is input though

the only that came on after turning on everything relating to the Trans was P0705 - Transmission Range Sensor A Circuit (PRNDL Input) (Pending, Current)

    Could that be it?

Erik Dicus... not exactly sure what made it work. Maybe turning on the reporting? Either way it?s working like a champ now.
