Does the speedo correction work on the 2014 f250 6.2l? I have tried everything you said to do but no luck.
I don't think that Parameter is in your OSID. I think you have to use the Driven Tire Circumference parameter. Which Engine?

My truck has the 6.2 gas engine, and the FX4 off-road package that came with 33.2" tall tires.
The "Driven Tire Circ." value in the box was for a 31" diameter tire. That thew up a red flag in my mind that it was not the value being used by the odometer or speedo.
I recently upgraded to a 34.25" tall tire and updated the "Driven Tire Circ." value accordingly. It made no difference as several people on this thread have complained about.
Eric,
Is this resolved? I have v3.6 and there is no Disable VID option therefore I can't correct the speedo.
Has anybody resolved this issue? I have tried everything mentioned and nothing works. I have basically an endless amount of 2018 f250 and f150 to calibrate speedos on if hptuners can get the job done. If not it looks like hypertech will be getting the money
I've got an 18 f150 I need to correct the speedometer on also. Any help?
Any changes on this? I have a 2017 F250 that I need to adjust the speedo on. Is the option in the VCM scanner like the Mustang/F150's?

so i have tried Calibration and Learn for BCM, but I can't seem to get my 305/35/20 tires to have the correct speedo. This is on a 2018 with a 10r80. I have even used a smaller circumference to no avail. Oddly, my drag wheels with the 305/45/17 have the correct mph when I put the tire circumference.
My N/V base say 47, is that right?

I'm also having trouble with this issue. 2013 f350 with 6.2.
im having issues with a 2006 f250 and I even disabled the vid block and it still doesn't make a change. what is going on?
I can use the scanner to change the speedometer(and gear ratio) on my 2018 F-150 XLT 5.0 but it won't work on my buddies 2019 F-150 Lariat 5.0. Both 4wd but I don't think that matters. Any idea why this could be? I'm running the latest version of beta.
Sooo how does one calibrate the front tires on an 11-14 copperhead pcm
Knock Retard is the reduction or prevention of knock by lowering ignition timing:
(+) Adding Knock Retard = Reducing Timing. PCM is seeing knock.
(--) Lowering Knock Retard = Increasing Timing. PCM isn't seeing knock.

2004 f150 here, went ahead and disabled the VID, changed the revs per mile to what they are for my tires (they're close to stock it was only like 15 RPM difference) and changed the axle from 373 to 355 according to the h9 axle code on my door sticker. Using torque Pro to see my GPS and OBD speed, below 50 those two and the speedo are all pretty much spot-on. Afterwards they start to decouple, GPS & OBD will be 2-4 miles apart while the speedo will be at least five above them, for example at 80 GPS speed the OBD says 82 and the speedometer is at 85. Any ideas on what's going on here? When I was just using the stock calculation with vid on it was only about two miles off at worst because the tires are only like an inch taller than stock.
will this work on 2020 ford ranger?
I just adjusted my 2020 Ranger using VCM Scanner tool. I have only done a short drive on the freeway at various MPH -- seems to match my GPS mph. If I have any trouble I will report back.
