6L80E trans shifting issues

I got my car with 3.27s already installed. The trans had some recalibrations done, but it turns out they were done poorly. When I launch the car in first and go WOT it refuses to shift and hits the rev limiter and I have to let off to allow it to shift. I'm trying to correct this issue now by copying over all of the trans values from an auto GXP. First of all can I use all of the GXP's trans values as most of mine have been messed with and I have no clue if they are even correct. Second, I'm trying to use bluecats spreadsheet, but I'm confused on the shift tables. When I copy a shift table from his program do I paste them into both the normal and pattern A tables?
