What was changed in the programming with the GM recall for 4.3 and 5.3 engines?

I ran a read on a 5.3 before the recall concerning fires when idling and the same truck after it was taken in for reprogramming. I found no difference in the files. Anybody know what was changed? Something that HP Tuner is not reading in the file?
