i have been going thru all the threads on this problem and cant seem to find any good info on it. my power light
comes on when i plug in my interface but still says its not found. im using a new computer with windows 8 and i just got the 2.24 version. any help is appreciated

tried those steps but says device drivers can not be found. i had it search the internet and i tried doing the automatic windows update. neither option seems to work.
