Purchasing a used HPT setup, but current owner doesn't have his password

    Hello,

I'm very close to purchasing a used HPT Pro with 6 remaining GM credits. The current owner has the license #, serial #, account information and software, but he seems to have lost his password to login to the tuenr. He apparently has tried twice to use the password reset, but has received no response.

I don't want to pull the trigger on this sale until I'm certain that I'll have access when the unit arrives. Is there any resource available to ensure that the account is accessible and that the credits are as described?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

While we cannot verify how many credits have been USED on the interface you could always email support with the serial number and we can let you know if there are any flags on the account ie stolen, or what have you.

Resetting the password isn't a big deal and we can do that for you once its in your possession so thats a non issue.

Not sure where you are based ... its Friday night in North America ... around noon Saturday in Australia ... the next business day is Monday ... unless the HPT crowd never sleeps !
