Tip in TQ was already disabled - that was my first change in HP and it helped a fair amount. I just lowered the stop number to 500 and it is almost there! The desired throttle follows the pedal, but the actual is still a little behind. Is this in the Feed Forward table now? Also the throttle is lagging on the close....

try zeroing out your tip in retard under the spark tables I think stock its something insane like -15* of timing in the upper rpm range. It pulls quite a bit of timing and can make your throttle feel laggy. Also you can lower your throttle filter to 6. I wouldnt go lower than 4 or you might get bad oscillation or a runaway throttle.
