    Adjust torque management

I am working on tuning my car and according to the literature that came with "the tuning school" I should be adjusting the torque management to zero. Does anyone know what the effect this will have on my car? It does say that values are given by the car manufactures for longevity. I am looking for performance but I also do not want to be putting in a transmission any time soon. For the values that are already there, can I lower them 25% or 50% for some performance and some longevity?

What car do you have? You do not want to zero anything on a C7 Corvette or a new Silverado......
