I am trying to command it to lock at WO in 3rd when in tow haul mode, I cannot get it to lock up. Its not even commanding lockup if anyone is wondering. I am commanding lockup in 3rd at 101mph and so far no dice. It lockups just fine under all other driving conditions. I feel like there is another table that is controlling the wide open lockup, I know other PCM's have a Full throttle lockup setting but mine does not. Any ideas?

3rd, I hit 3rd at around 92-93 and 6300rpm
