flashing ba with security triggered?

hi guys,

since the aussie page closed and still having issues thought i would post about it.

My mate has a 02 ba and it had no key so he has changed over the barrel. i tried to flash it, i sucked out the file then it asks me for licence options as usual and when i try to licence it just says vin doesnt match. i emailed support and they gave me a file and said flash that in then suck back out and it will work. so i tried that the file flashes in takes about 8mins completes on the software then i suck it back out and same deal about the vin.

any ideas?

people have said the pats can be disabled but i cant even get that far seems like another issue? support has pretty much said if the file flashes in then the software is working and they have no options for me

no one knows how to flash a ba falcon after replacing the ignition and key?

Hiddeous would be the best one to talk to mate as he has done a bit of that stuff before.
