I have 2.23 beta .. want to upgrade to 2.24

I have the 2.23 beta and want to upgrade to the 2.24.. I download the suite..
But my question is this... How do I upgrade the ecm to the new 2.24 and will the 2.24 work with my current tune on 2.23... if it does then I think all I need do is full write entire... Is this correct? Been a while and I am a little unsure of myself and don't want to hose my ecm or tune.

OK... I downloaded the suite hit the install button and it does its thing and upgrades everything on its own... like any other upgrade to software goes. When I go to open the editor though it tells me its not licensed but it also need to connect to the HPtuners unit in order to validate.. all seems to be one in the universe at the moment.
