4L60 2-3 WOT Shift Not Happening

I've done a fair amount of 4L60 tunes, in a couple of my vehicles plus numerous others, but this one has me stumped.

I've set the WOT shift speed (as well as max in the part throttle table) to as low as 60 together with the rpm at 4900 and yet the car is hitting the 6450 rev limiter at 82 mph. First time out this afternoon car shifted with the command showing in the data log at 5100 rpm and 61 mph, (5200/62 in the tune), but every other time after that command didn't come until rev limiter hit, even with reloading the tune that worked the first time. The 2-3 shift first time did show a rather soft shift - it wasn't slipping but it was not at all "snappy". I don't believe that would cause the shift to not be commanded but that's what it's looking like.

    Anybody else run into this???

Transmission was at 120 for the first, successful pass. Was never above 167.

Without the log files showing it doing the thing in the cool story and the tune file being used when the logs were recorded, the cool story all by itself is going to get you nowhere.

Turns out there was some slipping in the transmission - looks like the band isn't holding at the top end.

    Thanks for your replies.
