Is my Com Lambda and Lamb Err set up correctly?

Please take a look. I am new to working with lambda and set up my config with commanded and error with histograms but not sue I understand the readings. Are they set up properly?

I show 1.1xxx - 1.2x, shouldn't it be closer to 1.0? My error is showing values of -40's, what do those numbers represent? It should be % error but why are the numbers so high? Are they doubled due to scaling?

This is a 2006 C6 LS2 with 2 bar OS 12605732
