OS ID does not match, and write entire does not work

Hi Guy's, I am hoping you can help me figure this out.

Vehicle is a 2008 Silverado. I read from the vehicle with no problems, but I cannot write to the PCM because the OS ID does not match. The vehicle was tuned prior, and I do not have the original file.

When I try to, "write entire", I get, TCM not found. What is the next step?
