    HP tuners update

Hey, first time on here, and I'm wondering how I go about updating my HP Tuners Pro? I haven't used it in awhile, and when I click on the icon for editor and scanner now, my laptop seems to load for a few seconds, but nothing opens.. I'm I just require an update. thanks

Log in to your customer page and download the newest software.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

Open your editor, then click the "!" in the white bubble, then click the "!" in the screen that pops up. That will give you your suite ID number.

There should be a white sticker on the back of interface itself.

I forget all the time so I just do a search in my email box for "hptuners" and find the "vcm suite information" email.
