I think you can just download a tune from the repository with a vehicle that has the trans you want and load it as compare file, then copy and paste from the downloaded one to yours. no need for a seg swap.
I'm new to tuning, and could be wrong, but seems like it would work. Good luck
Segment swap is the correct way, it won't be right if you just copy and paste as all the tables for a 4L80e arent there unless you segment swap.
