1Bar SD OS write entire problems

Hello All,

I have been tuning for some time now using HP tuners. Most issues that I run across I can usually figure out on my own but this one has got me in a corner. Customer has a 54' chevy with 5.3 bottom LS6 heads etc. The ECU is from an 04' 6.0L truck 4l80E. The car has no MAF just IAT that we de-pinned from MAF harness etc. I read/saved the stock file made a few changes then switched the OS to 1BAR OS and performed the write entire. The issue is that the file does not seem to have done anything as far as applying the SD to the OS. Other OS options are grayed and still states a write entire must be performed. Attached is the file and Info log. If I try cranking the way it is the ECU shows the injectors go static even though I smell no fuel/plugs dry and the IAT reads -38degrees. ignition timing seems to be there as well as electronic throttle is working etc. If anyone has any thoughts or recommendations it would be greatly appreciated! an IAt reading of -38* would point to a wiring issue to me.

-38 is an open wire usually.

I figured something along those lines. Of course its an aftermarket harness etc etc. Ill inspect further. thanks for the help, ill inform if I find anything. Anyone notice anything out of place in the file?
