    Finally dynoed

    F13 cam 112+4
    AFR 205 66cc heads 10.0:1 CR
    Pacesetter LT's, ORY
    GMMG, LS6 intake

    435 rwhp
    422 rwtq

Needless to say I was pretty happy, there was a little left in the tune I think as well. I didnt put the latest tune I had in there because I dont have my interface right now but I was too lean at peak torque and too rich at peak power. Overall I am pretty happy though.

    Nice!
Great torque too. I love seeing the tq numbers near the HP numbers.

    Terrible numbers. Gosh.

Man...I'm not sure I've ever seen torque that high on a NA 346. That's pretty damn impressive. What does your timing table look like?

And with 10.0:1 compression to boot...I think you left a decent amount on the table with that.

    thanks

timing goes 28-25-28 peak torque being 25, hell i have had zero time to play with it on the dyno, in tuning alone i think i could get the car to at least 440-445 hp and 430ish tq. damn now i wish i put my last tune in there that leaned the mixture out for peak power, i was hitting about 13.0-13.2 pkea power, my friend pulled 10 mpre hp and 10 more tq with it leaning out 0.3

Hmmmmmmmmm...I should really put my car on a dyno sometime. Maybe it would back up the Inj. Duty Cycle and Airflow numbers I'm seeing. Definitely feels strong, and since I adjusted my timing table about like yours (28-25-28), it is really happy.

i went and looked at my injector duty cycle at 6600 rpm (redline) and it is 62% with for 42#ers. I went and back worked the HP number and got 485 crank hp which is 435 rwhp with 12% drivetrain loss. i also showed 45#/hr of air WOT at 6000 rpm and it was leaner on the street than the dyno. those numbers were pretty damn close for me, i called 435 rwhp before the dyno lol

See, I think something isn't quite right with what I'm seeing on my car. I regularly see 40-42 lbs of air at 6000 RPMs, and my IDC has been as high as 88%, usually closer to 85% though. I'll have to see what my fuel pressure is like once my gauge gets here tomorrow. I'm thinking something fishy is going on.

The stock 28 lb-ers...fuel filter has been changed twice on my car, once at about 30k miles, and the second time I don't remember, but my car only has 50k on the clock right now. I only toss that in because I'm wondering if that could be part of the problem...the fuel pressure gauge should tell me what I need to know on that...

also that dip[ from 4000-4500 in the torque curve can be alleviated by decreasing the spark by about 2*-4* in that spot..varies per car and mods

and get your dyno to show those things over one another...looks nicer

the missing spot in the ine line is usually because of having multiple leads on the spark wires and at some [point they cancel eachother out due to a resonant frequency..you can usually get rid of that by only connecting 1 spark lead instead of the 2 they usually give you

Did you adjust the timing, or do something else to fix it?

yeah the new tune has adjuted timing tables and a/f. right now, to me, the car feels sliggish on the street compaired to my last set of WOT fueling values. but i wanted to wait til i could log it to put the tune in there. all this has been pretty much done with a autometer a/f gauge and lc1 eying it lol

haha yeah my timing table does the same 28-25-28 thing. I havent uploaded it yet, i will when i get my interface today or tomorrow! I am hoping to get my torque a little over my hp numbers, as it is a truck and I will need to tow!

My 5.3 is at 258hp/253tq SAE numbers. Trying to get the torque up in the 265 range. This is cam only 5.3.
