Unable to Write Entire

I've tried repeatedly to 'Write Entire VCM' without success. I keep getting the error 'Mode 2 Erase Failed - Check 1 Failed'

I am able to read without a problem.
I tried shutting everything down, including a laptop reboot. I've turned the car off and let it sit, reconnected cables, etc.

Likely low vehicle battery voltage.

Issue resolved by a new battery.
