I got a new laptop (Hp windows 8) and download the VCM suite 2.24 when I go to my down loads the screen just flashes when I click on scanner or editor. Any help is appreciated.

Where did you download VCM Suite from?
The only place you should be downloading it from is the customer login page on our site. It will create shortcuts for you called VCM Editor and VCM Scanner.

The file you're looking for should be named VCM Suite.msi

I have the same issue but I have the disc still can't seem to get it loaded also it doesn't help HP never sent me a application key
Still can't get it to work. Not sure what's up. It does say VCM suite.msi while I'm down loading. Then afterwards I cannot pull it up. Defiantly not getting any shortcuts.
maybe your antivirus is quarantining it thinking its a virus or something, hard to tell, contact support.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
