    vcm read failed at loc: 4080 error: checksum

    I get" vcm read failed at loc: 4080 error: checksum" when I try to read my vcm. The scanner works, only been flashed in the past by hp tuners, its a windows 8 ASUS computer that meets all requirements. Please help

    sounds like the pcm has a checksum issue or has had an internal failure.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    Car runs great though... all parameters read on the scanner. Is it possible for it to work but have issues that stop just the read
