Received cable and software today, but have not been emailed a key yet, should I contact sales or support or both ??? Only email I received was a PayPal receipt the day I ordered it.

definitly contact support at hptuners abotu your key...might have be caught in a spam filter or something.

I thought about the spam filter too, but checked and it's off, emailed support and sales, wanted to play with it this evening, but probably won't happen now.

Do you guys keep tracking numbers for the cables you send out? Anybody know where they are shipped from?

fwiw mine was shipped from Ill, but I've heard some went out from FL.
