had my laptop crash yesterday and swapped to a new one and reinstalled newest version of hptuners when i logged onto the site. i am missing two files for a customers vehicle (factory backup and the tune i had written) and have no way to retrieve it. now its asking me read entire and re-license. what are my options? thanks
YOu would definitely need to do a read entire and if you don't have a license for the pcm you'd need to license it as well.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

thanks Bill, with some fuckery I ended up retrieving the file from dropbox from a previous restore point, not the last file written, but at least i dont need to read entire again.
