Need help...

I just got my new HP Tuners and i was trying to load my car in and then load a new custom tune to my 2010 ss camaro and now it wants me to use a second set of credits. I looked under the help and my vehicle is saved in there for using 2 credits but my ecm id# is saved in the vehicle id# spot. Has anyone run into this before? What can i do to fix it?

Yes Keith the tune i am trying to read is for my car, it has my vin# in it, Phil from tampa tuning sent me an adjusted tune. I had someone else load in the original tune and now i have HP Tuners myself and am having trouble. I used 2 credits and for some reason instead of my vin# under vehicle id it shows my ecm#.
What did i do wrong?
