I paypal'd HPtuners for the HPTuner pro suite on 12/4/2014 but have not received a UPS tracking number nor the product. It's now 12/13/2014. Was it your experience to have zero contact from HPTuners after the purchase? I've emailed Jay a few times, seeking some kind of confirmation that it's either on it's way or will be, but he has not responded. Maybe this isn't his normal job or he's really busy with other things...
