Motorcraft subscription for module programming

Hey guys,

Does anyone have any experience regarding swapping/updating a PCMs or TCMs(6HP26)?
My understand is a Motorcraft subscription has to be purchased but when signing up, it only lists US or Canada.
Also, I have a dealer issued VCM II, I know HP VCM won't work for initial flash.

Sorry if this is too off topic but I figured if anyone knows, someone here would.

I have a subscription. I used my name and a us postal address. All works not probs.

It won't do you much good unless you have a vcm/bosch lt flasher. The software does not work with the hpt hardware.

You can use the Webflash software that you download from the motorcraftservice.com website to use with a J2534 device, if you have no Ford VCM / IDS

Thanks guys, I'll give it a whirl.
The VCM tool I have is an ex Mazda dealership tool, they upgraded to a new tool so it was surplus.
It works fine with IDS (trial) so I assume it would work with webflash.
