I notice I am unable to do any power braking (torque braking), holding the brake pedal while giving it some gas to bring rpm's up before launching. The torque management just will not allow it. has anyone changes some setting to allow at least some? If so, what settings?

Best option is to max out brake limit and stall tq too should be able to do a burnout after that

You need help with the tune or you have a tuner having this issue? If you read the post I'm perty sure you can pass the information if not post up your tune file.
