changed the stock 4l60 with a th350 and truck has problems it stalls and wont go more then 2500 rpm?
do i need to change anything in the tune because of the swap?

Yes, you need to change things in the tune.
We put a 5.3 in a rock crawler with a TH350, set the tune to manual, turned off all tranny codes, shut off all abuse tables and worked with the limters to make sure it ran as normal.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
.....what 5HDP said.....or you can try the new segment swapper in the 2.25 beta and swap the tune to a manual trans.
have turned off all tranny codes and disabled abuse mode, but not sure how to switch tune to manual...
