I have a 2000 Silverado with 5.3 and 4l60e. I am installing a 2003 6.0 with heads , cam , CAI and long tube headers. Can I use my PCM with 12205612 OS or change my OS to 122212156? I have been tuning this PCM and want to update.
Or do I need to go to the 12200411 with 12212156 OS? HELP!

You have an 0411. 12212156 is a better operating system, but is it worth 2 credits? That's up to you. Your o/s can work with correct changes and access to free custom operating systems.
