    09 Nitro Can't Read VCM

    I have 2 Dodge credits,but can't read vcm in editor,the scanner works fine. Error popup,says vcm validation failed. This is only my second vehicle I'm tuning,never did any Dodges,do I need a firmware update ?

    Are you using the 2.25 beta software? If not, that would be the first problem. If you don't have the Beta 2.25 software on your customer page, all you need to do is email support asking for access.

    No it's the 2.24 version. I'll try the 2.25 software ,and see if that works .
