Do you own a wideband??
And what is your exact question?
Your VE table is way way off, you have numbers in there that a NA motor will never see. A 1 bar map cannot see over 100 kpa and you are way up into the 130's.
I'd return the VE table to stock and start over and use a wideband to tune the VE and MAF.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
