    Buying a used copy of 1.7.0?

    I am possibly interested in buying a used copy of HPTuners version 1.7.0. Are there any real drawbacks to doing it that way? Any brickwalls for upgrades and such?

    get in contact with support @ before making the purchase so all goes smoothly so you can transition over...you'll be able to get software version 2.1 free though. No real drawbacks that I know of.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    Aw heck, I guess it's a moot point now. Either the thread was removed from whatever site I saw it on, or else I just can't find the blasted thing.

    Back to square one trying to decide what I want to buy....
